Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Astelos account from the app or by contacting us.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Astelos and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Delete Account.
  3. Type DELETE when prompted.
  4. Enter the email verification code sent to your account email.
  5. Confirm deletion.

Delete your account by email

Email privacy@astelos.io from the email address on your Astelos account and ask us to delete your account.

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes or anonymizes your profile, goals, actions, check-ins, reflections, scores, device tokens, and coach-client account link. We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security reasons.

How long it takes

In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days after we verify that the request came from the account owner.
